Nick is doing GREAT! in Someone Always Has it Worse

I forgot to update on Nick (well I didn’t “forget”, just been short on time)…So anyway here is the update:

I had a feeling his inbox was completely FULL and he was feeling overwhelmed (the reason he hasn’t personally written back to me yet)…Though I honestly don’t care if he NEVER writes back.

I’m just beyond HAPPY and GRATEFUL that he is alive and doing well…So far he is on track to beat the odds.

At first they said chances are that he would die (he clearly lived)…Then he said he’d never walk (but with the aid of a walker and some family members he did “walk” out of the hospital).

He still doesn’t have much control of the left side of his body and he still has a long road to travel before he is 100% (or even 90% back), he is doing AMAZINGLY well. His memory is coming back (he made a FB post stating it took about 3 weeks), so another odd he beat.

I’m so glad to see he has come such a long way in a relatively “short” amount of time (though we all know it hasn’t been “short” for him).
