I have been spoilt since Thursday with birthday celebrations with my family. It has been good but I have found it tiring as I have been out of the house every day. The high point was having my sister, brother in law, niece and nephew down to visit me. The low point was falling out with Mum yesterday because I was hung over and tired!
I booked a driving assessment with a LGV driving school in Exeter. However, I have three weeks to wait. I am considering going sick from work and going for an assessment this Thursday. That will get the ball moving quicker.
I have been thinking about how I want to look clothes wise. I am strongly thinking of a smart-casual looking involving shoes, nice jeans and trendy shirt/polo shirt. I am struggling for decent social clothes at the moment. I am strongly planning a shopping trip this weekend.
I bumped into someone who I thought really hated me on Thursday evening. Instead of giving me stick he invited me back do to the sports club where I use to visit. That is something I am strongly considering. It will help rebuild a ‘lads’ social life in my town.
Anyway, that’s about all I have time for today… back to the joys of work!
