Silhouettes of sleep in And if you believe it to be true, isn't it so?

Once again, I've seem to elude sleep. It's a constant battle for us all - to get that proper amount of rest. When you compound matters with the daily duties, kids, work, stress, loved ones, etc..etc. It can almost seem impossible to feel and be well rested. Some day's life revolves around coffee - I am lost at sea stranded on an island (the coffee is my island) I must muster enough resources, and courage to push forward until I can reach the next island (my next cup of coffee). And if I fail - I will forever be lost at sea! I go island hoping through my days sometimes... I have a feeling tomorrow will be one of those days at work. I dread that, I dread that feeling where I am fighting to stay awake and would trade a portion of my soul for a 5 minute nap!

I would surely take that deal if it was offered many a times. Every wonder how much we could achieve if we didn't need to sleep at all? we always performed at maximum efficiency? What a thought! Just 24 hours of energy, of doing! Of seeing! So much of our life revolves around, eating, sleeping - performing matiance on our bodies just so we can live those moments in which we output energy....

well an hour or two of sleep before work maybe a wise choice at this juncture.... lets give it a go...
