lunch in keeping it postive

Leftover brown rice, leftover cauliflower, newly cut up onion and sweet peppers (red and orange). Sauteed in sesame oil, added some rice vinegar, soy sauce and Chinese mustard. I never measureā€¦ I also added some pecans.
