business cash flow loan in success always depends on yourself

Hello, more than once I have heard the term “business cash flow loans” but I cannot understand very well what it refers to or what it is about, I would like someone to explain it to me, since I perfectly understand what a loan is. but not a business cash flow loan, can anyone here explain what it means or what it is?
