So I guess I have a question about what’s socially, morally exceptable.
I am wondering if it’s okay to feel sorry for yourself as long as:
- There’s nothing you can do to fix it, or change yourself
- You try not to let anyone else know
- You don’t expect others to feel sorry for you
I’m not sure. I mean, if you feel or think something, it’s only within yourself. No one else has to know or feel it/think it themselves.... Or is feeling sorry for yourself generally unacceptable? And should be avoided at all times?
I’m sure if you can feel sorry for yourself, there must be perimeters, like only in certain situations.
What do you think?
Thanks -me
