My office is right next to the north side of our outerbelt, and it seems like there are accidents happening regularly right outside my window. It can be pretty distracting.
I made that goat cheese pasta last night. Yum! I think I would actually omit the tomatoes next time, which makes me sad. I love tomatoes, but I can never justify spending $4 on a tiny tub of cherry tomatoes, so I bought campari tomatoes instead, which are my favorite. They just didn't mesh that well. I also added a teaspoon of olive oil (trying to up my fat intake) and a dash of garlic powder, which I think was a smart move. I couldn't seem to find really strong goat cheese at the store this time, so both added a little pow to my meal.
And for this weekend, I think I'm making this: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/emeril-lagasse/grilled-salmon-with-a-pineapple-mango-and-strawberry-salsa-recipe.html
It looks great. Plus, I need to eat more fish. I'm going to try to find wild salmon. It comes at a premium, but I have a hard time justifying buying salmon that needs to be dyed to get that pink color.
Work is going sooooo slooooow recently. Summers are slow to begin with, but now I have this problem where I can't make myself get motivated to do the work that I actually have. I'll be back to normal in a couple weeks, but in the meantime I'm going out of my mind.
