Happy payday!
Tonight was a last-minute day off from kid duty, so we spent the evening doing totally crazy things. I wish. We just ended up going on two long walks. On one we walked down through the ravine, then stopped at McDonald's on the way back for a quick soda before heading home.
Afterwards we watched a docu on the holocaust (I have always found the holocaust very fascinating; I've read more books on the subject than I can count and am always looking for new stuff on it), and by that point it was late. Well, it felt late; I think I was asleep by 10:30. Friday nights are my favorite, but I'm usually pooped by nine.
Tomorrow is a birthday party for L's daughter (she's turning two), which will be a fun thing to take G to. And we have him Sunday, too (long weekend, I know). Not sure how to fill that time.
