Nerve twitches almost 2 years after stroke in Just Life

I dropped a large spoon in front of the customer. She said oh it must be hot. I played it off. Sure. I didn’t want to tell her I go through phases of numbness on the left side of the body and nerve jolts that cause me to drop things due to a ministroke I had in August 2021. The cyst in my brain sometimes it’s embarrassing.. I see my neurologist next week to see what’s else is wrong. I am just frustrated my nerves are acting up today.
