Weirdness... in Another Open Diary refugee

Last night was a bit weird... my body's temperature control was totally whacked. I went to bed early because I had a headache, and John went out to the living room to watch tv at about ten o'clock when I fell asleep (well, I assume he did, he goes to sleep HOURS after me so he watches tv out there till he gets tired.) I woke up at midnight and I was so cold my teeth were chattering and I went and asked him why he had the thermostat so low? It was on 79, the same as it usually is at night. He asked if I was feverish, but no, I wasn't I was just COLD. So I rolled myself up in the quilt, only to wake up a couple of hours later drenched in sweat... toss off the bed covers, go back to sleep and repeat the cycle twice more overnight. When I woke up this morning I had to get a shower and wash my hair again, because it was so wet it looked like I already had. Weird... Still headachy today but not nearly as bad. Guess I should go wash the sheets so I can change them and I won't have sleep on the nasty sweaty ones again tonight...
