When I was younger I was pushed from one fad diet to another. I was told a man couldn’t love me if I am fat. When I was skinny I was pushed to starve myself by a person who was close to me. I swore if I ever got over 200 pounds or to a size 16 I would kill myself. i am that size now. It took years to realize the person who was feeding me these comments has body dysmorphic disorder and I decided I love her but her opinion is invalid. To the little girl who used to throw up her food in highschool. I see you I am sorry I used to be her! Every body is beautiful. Forget the negative comments. Be healthy and create your own peace with your body. Remember it is the best tool you will ever have and everyday is a miracle. Value every moment. Eat your treat enjoy your moment and realize every breath is sacred.
