looking for a worthwhile property to rent in the future in success always depends on yourself

I am very interested in being able to buy a property to rent it out, I was looking for information on which would be the best place to do it and in the vast majority of places they agree that Turkey is one of the best places to rent a property. Why? Well, because it is such a touristy place and with such a solid economy that the investment you make in buying the property will be recovered in a few years by renting it. Isn’t that great? I am more than determined to buy a property there, the problem is that I have no idea where to find properties in Turkey, I am looking for one that is near the sea or located in a very central place. Can someone tell me where to find this?
