Frustrating people! in Ups and Downs

You know, this is an obvious post but I'm open to ranting - people just will have to deal. Anyhow, I'm tired of the inbetweeners. Like when people have a problem, they should deal with it between themselves - no matter how it gets or ends. Instead I have overgrown people trying to play 'peacekeeper' by playing sides, how does that solve anything? It makes things worse if your playing both sides and frankly I really am tired of this 'peacekeeper' person too (whom I won't name names). My god, keep out of it! Stop being friends to both people and gossiping back and forth. Your destroying the peace... man, what a joke!
