I love Open Diuary, but when I can play three solitaire games while it loads my bookmarks it's just too time consuming. I'll try living a double life for a while. "KatrenCoyote" at OD and "Katren...In Conclusion" at Prosebox.net

I fell a couple of months ago - on the concrete deck of my eldest daughter's pool, at a family event. Much fuss, loud noise (a little of it mine) and a long convalescent period. Take my advice Do not dive ribs first, into a steel plant stand, nor a steel smoker, nor a child's playhouse. They will all give slightly or scoot along a little, but not sufficiently.

I was not injured as badly as some diary friends have been, but it was not an experience I wish to repeat. During the process of x-rays, a shadow was found on a lung, supposed to be pneumonia. After many antibiotics, it remains, and my primary guy cannot identify this with certainty. I'm in process of seeking a lung specialist in the geographical area of my cardiologist.

I'm attempting to retrain Husband as to what constittes an "outing." His opinion is that "outing" is another term for eat at a restaurant just slightly above a fast food joint. We've eaten out far too much in the last year. I've pulled the plug on that, since I got my ability to move around the house back. the lack of motion, combined with "brought in" food, did a real number on my blood sugar and put on a few pounds. Can't do that!

I've made a lot of stuff in the crock pot the last couple of weeks. Putting something in the crock pot in the morning is due notice to Husband that he is eating in. Now to teach him that "out" means something more. Not easy when I can't think of anything either .

I need a new tag line. Nothing comes to mind.

Ouch! I hope the shadow is nothing to be concerned about. Take gentle care.
