DEPRESSED... in MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME ~

Today is not a good day :(
My emotions are going really weird. Things that normally don't bother me or bugging the heck out of me. I wonder if this is normal as you get older, or is there something else going on.
I have got chewed out twice in the last month due to something that I said on FB. Makes me not want to go there, but yet I keep doing it.
I take a anti-depressed pill daily but its not helping anymore. Just little dumb little things that I really should over look are really getting to me & making me upset or angry. Who do I see about this, my family Dr or a counselor? IDK
This weird weather isn't helping things either. Sinus headache again :(
Guess thats enough complaining for one day.

perhaps you need to see your doctor about your antidepressant not working. he/she may decide you need another one or in addition to the one you are taking. your family doctor is where you need to start out.. let him/her tell you where you need to go. unless you got your meds from a counselor. prayers you find a solution for the way you are feeling. take care,
