I have only known I have been pregnant since Tuesday. My husband is very worried. Everytime I pick up a pill he ask what if it hurts the baby. We have been googling all medicines. When I went to buy prenatals he ask me what if I buy the wrong prenatals will it hurt the baby? I told him prenatals give the nutrition your child needs to grow that he wants me to take prenatals. The organs and brain is developing now. I told him trust me if he wants a fairly intelligent child prenatals are very important. Hubby said I should only buy what the doctor suggests. He won’t let me lift anything remotely heavy. This pregnancy has changed both of us overnight. He is rattled with worry. He jumps if I even say ouch.

I have gained 23 pounds very quickly in the matter of a month. I am not thrilled with this because I am already plus size. I was talking to my husband about it so we plan to ask the doctor what type of exercises I can do while pregnant and what food I can have that is healthy for the baby. I hope I won’t gain much weight. I might try to do health shakes that have leafy vegetables and fruits to help me be healthier.

My husband and my best friend both have been complaining about me cutting back on how much I eat. Talan says eat when healthy foods be sure it’s nutritionally dense. He wants it nutritional less junk food. Tella has been trying to force feed me junk food. Even when I am full she keeps trying to shove food in my mouth. Tella got upset when I refused the food she wanted to buy me. I felt full from previously eating. Tella keeps screaming she fears the baby will starve. I got frustrated I told her I weigh 223 pounds since I got pregnant this kid can live off my fat they won’t die.

My husband and I have been talking about finding out what exercises are healthy for the baby and going to the gym together for the health of me,hubby and future baby.

Tomorrow my husband and I are going to hear it’s heartbeat for the first time. We are bringing tissues and getting ready for waterworks.
