Alright so I've finished the rewrite of Zatch, along with the implementation of the config file. So yeah Zatch(even with the config file code) is now about 200 or so lines smaller than he was(at least in the ZatchBot class, but not in the ZatchBotMain class where it's longer :/). There should be no issues with Zatch now atm, although there might be a few issues that I don't know about.
