Feb 17th - How often do you take naps?
I try not to. But sometimes waking up at the asscrack of dawn, is very draining. So, maybe 1-2 a day? 4 if I feel like a bloody zombie… or if it’s bath day about 2? Bc cold showers wake me up proper. :-)

It is beautiful non? Canadian Celtic music tis. :-D I am trying to get the kinks out of my body.. it is bothersome when you need to crack your bones and they remain stiff. :-(

I bought Prince Harry’s book last night. It is an interesting read. I am starting to understand him–something I never did. I am more of a Wills fan tbh.

Anyways, have a good day… I have no idea if Liz will come at all today bc of the weather - it blowing snow and freezing rain… winter is back with a vengeance. :-(
