Thirsty... in What in the name of ---- is that??

I need something to drink. I need water, that’s it. My blood glucose is 4.6 which is a low reading.... I will have to eat some toast and put brown sugar in my oatmeal. I feel kind of shaky. I think that is 1/2 nerves and 1/2 low blood sugars.

Despite it all, I slept well, had a dream that I can’t remember very well, it wasn’t a nightmare… so that is good.
