This might sound illogical, why would you want that? This ritual is one of sacrifice, mental pain and martyrdom. The only reason I can think about now for it is taking away a love that is not corresponded to stop feeling that pain and hopefully forget it.
It shall be done at night, in silence, and the best conditions are last quarter, or just around a week before new moon. The moon will protect the effects of this ritual slowly over the targets during this time, just to explode with the rest of it and provoke big changes near the days of full moon. Your loved one will fall in love with someone of his environment, and you can try to visualize who (tho its not as effective as a normal link for that other person). The steps are as following.
A few hours before the ritual take a slow, warm shower. Imagine your loved one’s warmth sorrounding you and enjoy it. Then cut the water and embrace the cold, while feeling the pain of such love fading. Dress in comfortable, simple clothing.
Do anything meaningless or unproductive until you chose to start the ritual, for example, watching TV and eating chips.
Sit looking towards the east, and write on a sheet of paper (if you have any kind of paper related to that one person you can use it) as if it were a love letter. If you can use a blood pen, use it. Make sure you cry while writing, so the tears of a lover stay on the paper. Otherwise, use a red ink pen. Then, put it inside a envelope.
Using a pin, needle or any small sharp object perform a very small cut anywhere on your skin. Just big enough to take a few drops of blood. With your fingers, take that blood and try to close the envelope as if the blood was wax.
With the same hand that you wrote the letter, light a match after pronouncing an explanation about how you wrote and destroyed your passions with the same hand. (like: “the same hand that wrote my desires will now make them disappear”)
Hold the envelope in your hand until it finishes burning and let the ashes go through any windows. The match can be blowed out inside your mouth, on your skin or with a hit, just don’t blow air on it. Call the name of the person they will fall in love with while the envelope burns.
After it is done, cover the cut with a band aid, and talk to the moon.
The stronger your love for that person and the more you’d suffer from losing them, the stronger this spell will become. If you also hope deep inside that they will be falling in love with you instead of anyone else after this, the spell will be the strongest.
