So Kirsten spoke to the principal of the elementary school yesterday about the situation I wrote about yesterday. He was shocked. He had no idea about CPS being called. He also checked Azzys attendance and saw that yes she did miss 13 days so far this year but every single one had a drs note and was excused. He has never smelled pee on her when hes spent any time with her, and he agrees every kid falls asleep at least once in their time. He agrees that none of this was reportable and didn’t know anything about it.

Then Tuesday after this mess with CPS azzy was on the merry go round at recess. The whistle blew to go in but the older kids wouldn’t stop it so she could get off. She kept yelling that she had to go in or shed be in trouble but they wouldn’t stop. The whistle blew for the older kids and she could finally get off and go in. She was in tears because she knew shed get in trouble. The teacher wrote her up and gave her an orange for behavior saying azzy “refused” to come in for recess.

Azzy was afraid to tell Kirsten because she gets time out at home when she has an orange or red from school. But she was in absolute tears while telling Kirsten what happened. We’re both so angry about this. The teacher is targeting her. We’re pretty sure it had to be her that called CPS. No proof. Just a feeling.

We have a meeting with the principal and teacher on Tuesday.
