I have found the breathing and bracing video by Brian Alsrushe. I should practice it and make sure my breathing and bracing are great. Also make sure to squeeze my butt, core, and shoulder blades as tight as possible. I should probably also focus on cooling my left elbow when I shower. Let’s not lean on the elbow either. It would also be wise to lower the maximum volume on non training days.
