I'm checking in! Little by little, i'm attempting to dig myself out of my emotional black hole. Things are not great for us, by any means. But, each day I'm still here, right?
It's summer now. The days are long and hot. Joshua just finished up [special education] preschool for the year. He starts summer school on July 7. He'll continue receiving speech therapy and start physical therapy, too. He's doing well in school. :)
At home is a different story. He's 3. 3 is so much harder than 2. Especially since a lot of his behaviors and "developmental levels" is at 2+. I wish i had written more, and more often. There's so much that I haven't put down here, so much that none of you guys know.
I do miss writing! But i'm so busy. So, so busy!
I'm still growing my business. I just finished up an awesome giveaway partnered with Freshly Picked (moccasins) on my Instagram account. I have a supply order coming in tomorrow so I can start on 4 new products that i'm SO EXCITED about! I'll be putting together a set of summer salves -- bug repellant, bug bite relief, sunscreen, & sunburn relief. :) It's going to be awesome and will be up in my etsy shop (www.sweetdaisyproducts.etsy.com) as soon as it's all ready.
I'm gardening this summer, like usual. We have a huge garden. Vegetables. Blueberries. A lemon tree. Elderberries. Culinary herbs. Medicinal herbs. It's awesome. Chickens. I'm about to incubate some hopefully fertile eggs from my gray show quality silkie breeding pair.
Like I said, I'm busy. Let's leave it at that. I'd like to come write again soon. Maybe I will.
