It feels like yesterday that I was standing in the room wishing he would just wake up and tell me some funny joke or smile that little crooked smile again. You know the one that makes you think that he had a secret that only the two of you knew about. I don't believe I had cried so much in all my life. It's almost as if I could feel his spirit leave the world.....forever!!!!
I can't believe that was one year ago today. Wow...it's been one year since my Daddy passed away. It's been a year that part of my heart left my body and will forever be with him. It's been a year since I have cried a thousand tears. It's been a year since I laughed telling old stories that all involved him. It's been a year since my Mom, Keith and my life has forever been changed.
He is gone, but NEVER forgotten!!!! I will forever love and miss him and I will forever be his little girl.
