So, I did my first 5k workout today after work. I biked to the stadium then did a walking lap of warm up and 6 laps of running/ walking for a total of 1.83 miles in 29 minutes. So ungodly slow and so much having to walk. But at least I did it. Next one is scheduled for tuesday.....
Afterwards I biked home and ate leftover Mexican food while watching OITNB. Fun.
