Cal State Opinion? in Before, Now, and maybe even the Future

Does anyone know any opinions on California State Universities? I need honest opinions on these schools and the areas as well, please! It would be greatly appreciated! These are the schools: California State University San Jose, California State University Northridge. California State University Fullerton, and California State University San Bernardino, and California State University, Bakersfield, AND Chico State (I took off Sacramento because although i loved the school, I was not too fond of the area)
