She was 96, she had a damn good innings and got to experience so much. Why are people sad? Shouldn’t her life be celebrated? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Nah you cool. First I heard of it and thanks. 96 is a good long run. A life of pampering. "Queen"? Shiiiiit, she had the world by the ass for 96 years. If you have an unpopular view the fuck those that give you any shit. Dumbasses need to get real. Ok now folks have to suffer through all this funeral and memorial stuff.

I will get back to Netflix in a month or so. Working on HBO now. Drain that and move on ;-)

I think both things can be true, especially for those closest to her. Somehow when people reach a certain age you start to imagine they would just live forever!

I’m referring more to eg my FB feed. These weren’t people close to her but commenting about their sadness at her death. 96 is an incredible age (although their family have a history of longevity, even if not her dad). It’s to be celebrated. In my Opinion.

People are allowed to be sad about it despite not knowing her personally. She was the longest reigning and greatest monarch. The last Queen of some people's lifetime. It's extremely sad for people and that opinion has to be acknowledged.

Yep, it's a good long run and an amazing life.
