And OD is down so I have to avoid studying by writing here instead of there. Which is hard because I don't really feel comfortable here yet. And I've been failing at crossposting.
Classmates are freaking out about one lecture on the Musculoskeletal Disorders exam that's tomorrow. One lecture of 16 we're being tested on. I should probably care more but I don't. Plus, it's hard getting excited about large animal disorders when I'm planning on working in a small animal practice. Blarg.
One of Druscilla's crickets escaped and is chirrupping/cricketing/whatever-the-heck-the-noise-they-make-is-call-ing and it's driving me nuts. And there's so much stuff strewn about, as I'm a slob and a student, so there are a million things for it to hide under. Shut up, buddy! No one here wants to mate with you!
I keep looking hopefully ahead at my schedule, hoping it will become less stressful and exhausting. I really want a weekend where I don't have to do anything, including intensive studying. I definitely have way too many weeks with two exams (none with three, though! Hopefully I'll never have to do that again!) in addition to online quizzes and other assignments. Oh, the joys of being a vet student.
I'm getting so excited for the Franz Ferdinand concert on Wednesday! Whee!!!!! I finally got around to listening to their new album and I'm pretty pleased with it. Hopefully I'll get some more time to better familiarize myself with it before ze concert!
Blahh, I should go learn more about horse feet and all that ails them.
