I’m sitting here and over the last couple months have taken some classes that have given me a really good insight on better ways to keep my mindset. so what’re some good things you’ve been able to keep pushing through by telling yourself??
mine:
1. its a bad time not a bad life.
2. take steps even if they’re little, they’ll still get you to the place you want to be.
3. its okay to be a mess, as long as the mess is controlled and not controlling.
