168.0 in Operation: lose baby weight

I think I'm just going to weigh myself on Mondays from now on. This weighing myself everyday thing is starting to frustrate me.

I started the couch to 5k program. Tomorrow will be day 3 of week one, so I've been running 60 seconds and walking 90 seconds through 8 cycles. It doesn't sound that hard but it does get rough toward the end. Keep in mind the park where I run is a little hilly, I'm pushing a jogging stroller and it's 85 degrees out. I'm hoping to get in a 4 mile walk today and maybe a workout DVD. It's not great weather outside so I'm not sure. We also bought more fruit and salad yesterday so I should do ok eating wise this week. The scale isn't really going down BUT I do feel better about myself so there's that.
