Anxious, again. How many consecutive days has it been? It’s challenging.
Ok, yes: gratitude.
3 things that I am grateful for today:
- My mother for treating me to dinner
- Safety and shelter
- Noticed a green leafed tree with pops of pink buds sprouting from it. I’m grateful that I have the sense of sight.
3 things I liked about myself today:
- felt cute ig
- being resilient against my ‘demons’, so to speak.
^ this one’s hard.
In that case, I’ll start doing ‘a random act of kindness’ each day. - If I remember, that is
