When nerves are hit in The Past will become the present if you don't deal with it

So today the whole class is getting vaccines against....something. I have a huge fear against needles. They remind me of knifes, which lead back to my mother’s death. My first vaccination against covid, I had a huge panic attack. I can not take needles. SoI have sworn to run all the way to washington if the school nurse comes close to me with a needle.
