Nice cool night last night. With all the windows open it was good for sleeping. Other than the occasional jackhole who thinks it is all right to roll through the neighborhood with a 15MPH speed limit at 80MPH. Or the inevitable Harley owner who has to impress everyone with his ride.
In my dottage I have developed pretty bad allergies. Especially to tree pollen.
So.
I wake up, turn on the news, start my coffee and proceed to blow my nose a dozen times, attempting the clear my sinuses.
Got a nose bleed.
Which today didn't seem to go away. It is all my fault, because once it stops I feel like I have rocks in my nose and sinuses so I blow my nose and get another nose bleed. Being the googler I am I googled nose bleeds. The advice I got was to not blow my nose for 12 hours. It is driving me crazy.
ms project is another thing that drives me crazy. I am so behind on assignments for class because I need to know why it gives me the answers it gives me.
And. In two weeks a twenty page term paper is due. I'm not worried - I have a plan. But I have to re-join PMI at the cost of a hunnert bucks. They have a huge online library.
Beanie McBeanerson is graduating from High School next Friday. She isn't marching with her class - special ed class is having a small ceremony for the two kids who have aged out. I spent a couple of hours over at the house on Thursday. She is happy and comfortable living there. Still the same contrary chick she has always been.
I know why I have been thinking of Audrey so much lately. Her birthday is June 21st
And I always have "this month" and "next month" bookmarked on my refrigerator calendar. Her name is right there in a few Saturdays. I see her name and it all floods back in.
Laying there entwined in bed on a Sunday morning. I told her "I've been in love before, but I have never felt like this."
On a different history line we would have crossed paths in the early 80s, and we both could have skipped so many mistakes.
