I haven't written anything all week. I don't like it when that happens.
The weekend seems so far away now, I can't even remember what we did. I know it was busy. We did do a car boot sale and sold quite a lot of junk, which was good. We then went out to Pizza Express in the evening and and converted all our profits to calories.
We've finished our downstairs decorating now. I must have written about that already. I can actually sit in the front room on the sofa watching tv. This has meant that I am no longer wasting my evenings in front of the internet for hours. Here are a couple of pictures...
It's just over two weeks until the London Naked Bike Ride. The weather doesn't look great, but it does have time to improve. I'm looking forward as always. I have ordered a new bike and I am hoping to be able to use it that weekend. I don't know what I'm going to ride if it doesn't come in time. A new piece falls off my current bike most days now.
Of course the big question this week is, was Kate Middleton going commando in Australia when the helicopter blew her skirt up? The pictures have been published in German magazine, Bild and again in the Sydney Daily Telegraph. The British Press won't touch the photos, but the magic of the internet of course makes that an irrelevance. I have of course studied the picture very carefully and the jury is still out as far as I am concerned. I personally hope her basement was unfurnished because a, I'm a dirty old man, and b, at least she's not bending to convention. On the downside, I have read a report which speculates that the Queen may be furious, and Charles and Gorilla in turn may be ecstatic because it means that they have more chance of playing King and Queen now, God help us.
