It’s official, I’m growing a little boy! We are absolutely elated. We still have no idea what his name is going to be, but I can’t even express the joy I felt when I saw his little boy parts on the ultrasound. I asked HD if she wanted a baby brother, and she replied with “in mama’s tummy?” That’s as much as her two year old brain can comprehend, but I know she will be thrilled once he’s born.
Also, the seller of the new house has agreed to repair all of the things we requested, and my parents surprised us by buying a couple of the things we were stressing about getting for the house…it seems like the stress is rolling off little by little.
My friend Char drive down from Dallas and is staying with us for a couple of days, and we are going home decor shopping tomorrow. I adore her. She’s only been here for half a day, and already we are having a blast.
All in all, this has turned out to be a great week.
