It’s past ten PM and I should be in bed… oh fuck, no, it’s past 11 pm and I really should be in bed – I got to be up and coherient at 3:30 tomorrow morning… but when I was talking to hubby about what I did today and what I had to do, I realized that I didn’t do my 750 words. I did finish one letter, but I need to finish my second and write a third tomorrow as well. There’s a lot that I have on my plate. I don’t mind it right now though, I’m sure that I will when it gets more towards crunch time.

Why didn’t I post on LetterMo that I got my first letters out? Because they aren’t out yet. I don’t have stamps. So tomorrow I get to go get stamps for my letters and I’ll be able to send them out. I also have to finish making choux tomorrow. I got some done tonight – maybe I should start with the beginning of the day instead of going from the back to now.

Got up at 3:30 to pick up Mom. We got out of the casino around 4:15 and drove home. We wanted to go to the little tobacco stand to get Mom some smokes, but they were closed. So instead we decided to go to McDonalds. They were closed too. We got into the drive through, got to the speaker and the guy was all “Oops, well, we’re waiting for the next shift dude to come in and so we’re closed. Sorry dude.” soo we didn’t get McDonald’s. Instead we went to the boobie expresso bar and I got a double red bulll drink. Oh my god, alllll the energy drinks and stuff, it was like 20 oz of redbull at least. And it was really tasty, I do like their Side Chick drink. Then we went home and relaxed. Jarred was up, talking with Bread online, so I hopped in to talk with them and we ended up spending a few hours working on Rider Dice – I didn’t do much, just some formating at first and some cleaning things up. After about an hour, I got so caught up in it that I went and got some other gaming books for tabletop roleplaying and started pulling bits and pieces out of them to clear up stuff from Rider Dice (what the stats do, what the ranks do, etc. etc.) I added a few pages to it and only stopped when Jarred wandered off to go to sleep. About that time it was time to make lunches for the guys and feed the guins, so I did. I did some writing on my LetterMo stuff. Finished the letter to Aunt Jan and started the one for Aunt Shirley. After a while I got tired and I went to take a nap. That was around 1 or so. Woke up around 3, hung out online and helped Skull with his school work till mom woke up, that’s when I went and made dinner. Ipo got home at 6, he ate dinner, I took Mom to work, and then came home. I wanted to go right to work making the choux for the cream puffs but alas, it wasn’t meant to be. I spent an hour trying to get my Google Home Mini thingie to hook up to my phone so I could listen to music, but it’s being stubborn. I did get the choux done, started with 4 batches. Unfortunately I forgot to turn off one of the burners when I left to let them cool down. SOooo, only three batches of choux made it. I got those finished up (after letting it cool, I had to add the eggs and mix it till it was shiny, not slimy). Talked with Rider for a while about Rider Dice and the magic system. I got some ideas for it and I want to convert one of my old gaming worlds into a setting for it. He is laughing because apparently everyone’s taken with the new system, to the point that there’s 4 of us that are working on our own versions / settings… Dapp is doing a Michael Bay style over-the-top action movie type game. It’ll be urban combat and tactical and all that stuff. Real world like stuff. Hannah is already running a Rider Dice game, she’s one of the first Non-Rider DMs to run a game in the system and is helping a lot. Her game is an Alt. Universe kind of game, where The Struggles were in Scotland instead of Ireland. Apparently it’s very gory and the like. Connor wants to do a sci-fi game set in a space station. I don’t know much about that one yet. Me? I want to do an Urban Fantasy Magic game. I like the idea that you can make your own spells and the like. I’m going to play with it and tweak the rules to the magic till I can make it work the way I want, and still keep his stuff.

I do need to get to sleep, I r sleepy.
