Not happy about it. Getting over it. Making myself healthier.
Weight loss is going slow, but I'm doing well.
I'm working out 4-5 days a week now. Legit work outs. Using Tony Horton's 10 minute trainer. All 3. I can tell that my body is gaining muscle and even though the scale isn't changing much, I am. =) My reachable small goal is to get down to 140 by my birthday which is in a little over a month. It would be great to be under, but I'm not going to be silly about my goals anymore. Still on nutrisystem. It's pretty awesome.
Work has been getting busy for me even though the season is mainly over. I think it's a sign that I've got a much heavier work load and that I'm branching out in my duties. Which is great. I'm hoping to be the best I can at my job and get another raise next year.
