I went for my first midwife visit on Tuesday. Only for labs and to discuss the plan for the pregnancy. I was only 14dpo when I went in and HCG was at 65, waiting for results from todays tests to see if they are doubling as they should be. Progesterone was 39.6! Astonishing since at cd21 it was <5. I have my first ultrasound on 6/4 and I should be around 6 weeks then so we should know how many there are in there and that everything is measuring correctly. After that visit, I will be seen by maternal/fetal specialist about an hour away from my home in addition to the midwife visits for regular prenatal care. The specialist will be doing doppler/ultrasound blood flow analysis to determine if Lovenox will be needed at any time during the pregnancy to prevent the clots from forming like they did during Callums pregnancy.

I am overall hopefully and excited. I have been trying to take it easy and not stress. I will update when I know more and will continue to document our baby #3 journey :-)
