It's warm and sunny today. Just done my 20 minutes on my gazelle then had a shower. Came down to my bedroom to find dog mess on floor. Collected cleaning items then returned to room to find dog mess gone, guess he had eaten it. I have never known Archie to do anything like this before and my stomach is still churning.
Yesterday, was not my birthday, that was Friday 9th. Yesterday, was the day we all agreed to get together to celebrate my birthday as a family. It had been arranged for a month. I had thought long and hard about what we would do with evening, so you can imagine how let down I felt
Hubby, tried his best to cheer me by buying me chicken and chips for my evening meal but this just made me feel sick for hours. It's been 4 months since I felt so low. Never mind onward and upward as they say.
Today, the sun does shine but my mood is not matching it, yet.
Today, I visit my friend from mind and go out for lunch together. It gets her out and about.
Tomorrow, I see my friend Ann and guess what we go out for lunch to celebrate our birthdays before she goes to Corfu. Need to make some good food choices with all this eating out. Don't much feel like food at moment. Will go make a coffee I think

I seem to manage birthdays ok, Sweetheart was underwhelm at the birthday between 59 and 61, having said that I was in Portsmouth on my last birthday; visiting Mum and my Sisters family.
I see father’s day is just a few weeks off, I’ll make sure I’m here for that. Our forecast for this week was poor, wet even, it has turned out cold winds and some lovely sunshine; but there is forecast’s for rain tomorrow. That should be ok, we had new mattresses delivered today and the beds coming tomorrow, so I shall be moving tall boys about and following instructions to assemble the bed frames; so I shall be busy inside.
It will be nice to have a mattress with out a hollow, I recall the mattress my Nan and Granma had on their guest bed, I always ended in the centre; there was a long gully down the middle and once there it was a struggle to get out.
