Bruschetta Pandita! in Food Porn

Some days I just have ideas float into my head. They don't always turn out... thankfully I'm still on a pretty good run!

The best image of this is while it's still in the pan. There's always something very nice looking about melty cheese!

This was well received. It's very possible it's because of all the cheese… apparently people just looooove cheese! Although I was informed that Tasha doesn't like the acorn squash I served it with. C'est la vie!

It didn't turn out exactly as I had hoped. It was less like a bruschetta, and more like a casserole. Nothing wrong with it at all, and again it was loved by everybody. In fact there was visible disappointment when there was none left.

Up until I brought out the desert ;)

Dessert* The pie wasn't dry enough to be a desert. At least nobody said anything!
