Well, Russia is lulzworthy once again. This time they've decided to hit The Sims 4 with an adult rating simply because you have the option to enter into same-sex relationships in the game. The possibility for characters to be gay means that access to the game must be restricted per Russia's 436-FZ law to "protect" minors from the "propaganda of non-traditional sexual relationships".
"Traditional sexual relationship". Whose fucking tradition, exactly? People have been entering into same-sex relationships for thousands of years, this is why the Vatican started adding passages into their Hate Manifesto (sorry, I mean The Bible) in order to try and stop people from doing it. So you're fucking wrong on that score, comrades.
Gay people are a fact of life. They exist. If you're not gay, this fact affects you in precisely ZERO fucking ways, so I suggest you get over it. Putting an adults-only rating on a kids' game because it features gay people is a backwards-ass move and makes you look like a bunch of pre-historic fuckwits.
I really dislike homophobia. It makes absolutely no sense, on any level.
Fuck Russia. Seriously. You guys are insane, and I don't give a fuck what your reasons are - your stance on homosexuality is baffling at best. Get fucked.
