Grateful in The days in the life

I am feeling very grateful for everything that I have. I got the chance two weeks ago to order some new checks and I got them on Wednesday. They have my address on them where I am at now, and it's a clearly innocent and mundane sort of thing. Yet to me, I'm starting to make progress in my moving on. I held onto my old address for a long time and now I am striking out on my own. I am moving myself out of the shadows of my late Wife's passing and into the life that The Lord holds forth for me that is imbedded deeply in the pores of my faith. Yesterday, I got my first credit card in probably ten years, and I sat on the bumper of my car numb just thinking about all the time that has passed by and all of the struggles I have had. I just feel so very grateful. I can't even articulate into words how I actually feel at the moment. I am tired, yes. I am a little hungry, yes. I am hopeful, YES everyday. I am in HIS hands, yes. To someone who has millions of dollars at their disposal and feels confident in that, I can say this, I have a relationship with Jesus which will long outlast your money.. Today, I am going to do my Bible study, and then do some writing. Church tomorrow (Weather in the 40's), and a stop at Home Depot for things I need, then maybe a Root Beer float at A & W. Sounds simple, but that's the way I like it. Cheers, Cbj
