Countdown in A mish mash of entries

She's on her way. Left her home an hour ago and tomorrow morning son and I will be driving to the airport to pick her up.

In the last few days son has bought new underwear (and other clothes and shoes, but the underwear is the most telling), cleaned his bedroom from top to bottom (finding many hitherto lost forever items) and emptied out my car to make room for a third person with luggage.

There's nothing more to update yet, but this time tomorrow I will have had time to gain a comprehensive first impression. The next month is going to be ... who knows what it's going to be? I certainly don't!
