I have decided to start writing an anonymous diary thing for a few reasons, i can’t expect it to be interesting or a good read but more of a record for my own sanity.
Reasons for writing:
- Main reason; the combination of DPDR, PTSD and whatever is going on in my wrinkles means I find it difficult to remember events or experience, or the emotions connected to those things which makes me very sad. Hopefully recording them means I will be able to improve my memory and enjoy reminiscing like normal people can.
- I want to record my progress post covid in terms of health as I’m officially in the worst state I’ve ever been in so hopefully this is the start of something positive
- I’m struggling with my writing and reading speed at uni because of what i think is dyslexia (to be tested on the 21st of this month)
- For fun :)
