Yesterday was pretty good. Got the entire DVD collection of Angel, a sweet basketball vest, a Metallica t-shirt and a black long-sleeved shirt from a charity shop for less than a tenner. Very good going indeed.
I've progressed in Morrowind. I'm now further than I've ever been in the game. My character has been revealed to maybe be the Neverarine. The plot is thickening rather fast. My character is pretty much the baddest badass in the land; I power-levelled that fucker's endurance and strength to 100 as soon as possible, and I'm looking into exploiting the alchemy skill to push it even further. I'm level 17 or 18, not sure which, and I'm decimating every quest I am given, and I know that even after almost four days' worth of play-time over two weeks I'm still not even halfway through the game - it's just that damned big. I hopped on the boat to Solstheim earlier and got my arse thoroughly kicked by werewolves, so I scuttled back after the first Bloodmoon quest and have decided to just batter the main storyline before doing the expansions. As soon as the Dark Brotherhood try to assassinate me, I'll jump back over to Solstheim; I modded the game so the Dark Brotherhood don't attack until after you've beaten the main quest. (which makes more sense; the DB are hired to assassinate you because of the events at the end of the main quest, so to be attacked at level 1 makes no sense - hence the mod) I'll do Bloodmoon, then Tribunal, and then I'll roam the land finishing off as many of the side-quests as my character can do. Which, thinking about it, if I try and get every skill to 100 and join every faction one by one, could be all of them. This could take me months of real-time to do. Once that's all done and I've completed every quest possible with one character, I'll go from town to town and slaughter every single living person in the game.
It's good to have goals.
