In one of the villages we saw a man who was so gross. His hands and fingers were rotten and half fallen off, and his face and body were covered with leprosy. He called out to Jesus, begging him to heal him. I can't believe Jesus would actually touch a leper, I mean who does that? Who would risk catching leprosy, and becoming such a pitiful sight, shunned by everyone, body decaying away, and then dying alone?
I was just so amazed. Jesus stretched out his hand and touched the leper, saying, "I want to heal you," and instantly the leprosy disappeared!
It's a miracle!
I am amazed by this man.
