Hey Hey in New Year, Same Shit 2021

Man I have been bad about writing, been reading and noting but just not writing. Hopefully I will get better at it. Whats new well, lets see. I started back on the exercising, eating right train a few months ago. I lost 40 pounds just by eating and walking on the treadmill but then my weight plateaued and I knew I had to incorporate weights. I am horrible with doing weights I do better when I have someone yelling at me, horrible but true. So i got a trainer, for those who may be new or may forget I work at a gym as a manager. We have 4 trainers here and they are all good but I knew i needed someone who was going to make me work. That was megan, our newest trainer. She is my body goals, looks like she can rip a phone book in half but doesn’t look manly, is ripped but looks proportionate. Anyway since starting over a week ago I have already lost three pounds. I have notice my appetite increasing which means my metabolism is speeding up.

In other news the mask mandate is over, and I am happy because wearing a mask in the gym sucked and since I work two jobs M-F both which required masks I was wearing one for 13 hrs straight. I still have to wear a mask at the dental office i clean but its only for two hours.

I am looking forward to my first trip july 2nd to my family reunion back in Delaware. It will be my moms two sisters and her and all their kids and grand kids and in my older aunts case..great grandkids. I haven’t seen my cousins or aunts in a few years so I can’t wait. My husband is saving his vacation for our trip at the end of the month to California so he will be staying with the pups
