Diverticulitis in After OD

The pain got worse and so I drive myself to the ER this afternoon. After almost 5 hours (most of it spent waiting for test results), they told me I have diverticulitis. Infected pockets in my colon. It sucks, but I’m so thankful it wasn’t the diagnosis I was dreading. A round of antibiotics should help take care of it, and then I get to schedule a colonoscopy. Yay.

I'm sure you've read about diet augmentations. All I really remember is to avoid strawberries. ...I think.
