God to Esau: “You despise Me. So, you are going to sell your birthright just like that? So you
can “feel satisfied” and please yourself??

Esau to God:”Whatever” (Exalts self, goes off to build his worldly kingdoms.)

Later......

God to David: “You have despised Me.”

David to God: “I have sinned against the Lord!” (Humbles self, continues being the vessel through which the Kingdom of God is built.)

(Abraham, Isaac, Jacob…… David…. and the seed is Christ.)
