Love a warm spring early morning. It is a bit humid outside this morning and pretty sure I can hear thunder. Showers are on the way and we really need some rain. It rained Thursday but a nice slow rain would be great.

Friday I took off work and sister and I had a sister day out. We started by her following me to my mechanics so my Tahoe could get a safety inspection to renew the plates and to fix the passenger side door. I left it there and off we went. We went by McD's and I got coffee and a sausage mcmuffin and she ordered a diet coke and biscuit and gravy. One little biscuit and 1 little container of gravy and we pulled into a parking area so she could get her stuff fixed. Hmmm, no fork. Biscuit gravy and no fork. She had to go inside and they gave her two forks. Nooo, just get it right the FIRST time.

After we ate our snack breakfast off we went to some local stores to hunt for clothes to wear to a couple of weddings. Her youngest stepson is getting married in June and our brother's 2d son is getting married next month. She struck a winner at the first place and I found a couple good deals too. We drove to a town about 30 mi east and did some looking and shopping. I found a new pair of brown shoes and it has been too long since I had new work/dress shoes. I needed a pair of brown shoes that didn't hurt my feet and these didn't when I tried them on and walked around for a bit. Hope that stays.

Came back and ate a late lunch/dinner at a little Mexican restaurant. Yum!! Went to a store referred to us by the 1st store we went to and I found a skirt and top there. I'm still not sure if I'm going to keep it, but there is one thing this shopping trip motivated me to do and that is to start back on the heart healthy diet. Went to Walmart and bought the 45 cal bread, roasted turkey and I'm ready to start eating healthier again. Geeze I wished I hadn't gained all I lost before. I mental issue that I will deal with, IF I can lose that much again. It took over a year so maybe just maybe I can overcome that phobia or fear of looking too thin. I wasn't too thin, but when I looked in the mirror I reminded myself of my mom when she got sick. Not a good thing. I'm telling you it took me a while to figure out why I started gaining weight back and was actually relieved when I could. Dr. Phil where are you? LOL

I need to get Jacob up as he plans on going to church with my sister and her family OR A and her family. He has no intentions of going with me to our church so not sure what I'll do in the long run. This morning however, I'll go to my church and can go with them.

Mowed and weed-eated my entire yard yesterday and it looks GOOD!!

Take care and God Bless
